We concluded our quilting trip around the world with a stop in Ireland.  Thank you Donna for a fabulous presentation.

Donations: Magazines and Books

Thank you to those who have been bringing magazines and books to meetings.  We have enjoyed looking through them and taking them home with us.

It has been decided that any magazine or book that does not find a home by the end of the meeting will be donated to the Ujamaa Grandmas for use in their sales.


 

Heritage Park Quilt Show May 24-25, 2014 (OH MY WORD IT IS ONLY A WEEK AWAY!!!!)

Friday Night set up begins at 6:30pm
All Volunteer Times are covered – YEAH!  Passes for the volunteers went out at the May Meeting.  Talk to Mary if you weren’t able to be there to collect it.
First shift at our table begins at 9:15am in Gasoline Alley.  Please arrive before that.

CQA 
Janet M. is becoming the CQA representative.  Thanks Janet, you will be a wonderful representative.  Janet will present a winning rosette at the June meeting, take a photo and do a mini write up about us.

Upcoming Quilt Guild Information
Remember that your dues for the 2014-2015 year are due in JUNE
Please start thinking of ideas for challenges, projects, classes, or a theme for our planning meeting in JUNE.  If you have any, feel free to email Jen as she has a list going with others that have been mentioned at the meetings.
We will have a PLANNING MEETING in June.  An email will be sent out with date possibilities.
On the last day of guild on June 14, people are invited to stay after the potluck and work on the guild’s scrapbook.  Shannon will be providing the supplies.
If there is anyone else who would be willing to help with set up in June, please let Mary know as we are a couple of people short.
